अथ केचिद् बालकाश् च
येषां पार्श्वे न भोजनम्
ते तु कृष्णस्य कर्णान्ते
जगदुर् दीनया गिरा
atha kecid bālakāś ca
yeṣāṃ pārśve na bhojanam
te tu kṛṣṇasya karṇānte
jagadur dīnayā girā
atha—then; kecit—some; bālakāḥ—boys; ca—and; yeṣām—of them; pārśve—on the side; na—not; bhojanam—lunch; te—they; tu—indeed; kṛṣṇasya—of Kṛṣṇa; karṇānte—in the ear; jagaduḥ—spoke; dīnayā girā—with a whisper.
