इति कृष्ण-वचः श्रुत्वा
तथेत्य् आहुश् च बालकाः
प्रकर्तुं भोजनं सर्वे
ह्य् उपविष्टाः सरित्-तटे
iti kṛṣṇa-vacaḥ śrutvā
tathety āhuś ca bālakāḥ
prakartuṃ bhojanaṃ sarve
hy upaviṣṭāḥ sarit-taṭe
iti—thus; kṛṣṇa—of Kṛṣṇa; vacaḥ—the words; śrutvā—hearing; tathā—so be it; iti—thus; āhuḥ—said; ca—and; bālakāḥ—the boys; prakartum—to do; bhojanam—lunch; sarve—all; hi—indeed; upaviṣṭāḥ—sat down; sarit—of the river; taṭe—on the bank.
English translation of verse 2.7.7:
Hearing Kṛṣṇa's words, the boys said, "So be it." They all sat down on the riverbank to take lunch.
