The Garga-samhita Verse 2.1.27, English translation, including word-by-word: This text represents a Vaishnava scripture which narrates the life Krishna, It was composed in seventeen cantos by Garga Muni: an ancient sage and priest of the Yadu dynasty having. This is verse 2 of Chapter 1 (Description of the Entrance in Vrindavana) of Canto 2 (vrindavana-khanda).

तदा विष्णुः स्व-चक्रेण
स-शृङ्गं तच्-छिरो दृढम्
जहार कुपितः साक्षाद्
भगवान् कमलेक्षणः

tadā viṣṇuḥ sva-cakreṇa
sa-śṛṅgaṃ tac-chiro dṛḍham
jahāra kupitaḥ sākṣād
bhagavān kamalekṣaṇaḥ

tadāthen; viṣṇuḥLord Viṣṇu; sva-cakreṇa—with His cakra; sa-śṛṅgam—with its horn; tac-chiraḥ—his head; dṛḍham—hard; jahāra—took; kupitaḥ—angry; sākṣātdirectly; bhagavānthe Supreme Personality of Godhead; kamalekṣaṇaḥ—lotus eyed.

English translation of verse 2.1.27:

With His cakra angry lotus-eyed Lord Viṣṇu then severed the demon's hard horned head.
