The Garga-samhita Verse 1.19.1, English translation, including word-by-word: This text represents a Vaishnava scripture which narrates the life Krishna, It was composed in seventeen cantos by Garga Muni: an ancient sage and priest of the Yadu dynasty having. श्री-नारद उवाच
एकदा गोकुले गोप्यो
ममन्थुर् दधि सर्वतः
गृहे गृहे प्रगायन्त्यो
गोपाल-चरितं परम्

śrī-nārada uvāca
ekadā gokule gopyo
mamanthur dadhi sarvataḥ
gṛhe gṛhe pragāyantyo
gopāla-caritaṃ param

śrī-nāradaḥ uvāca—Śrī Nārada said; ekadāone day; gokule—in Gokula; gopyaḥthe gopīs; mamanthuḥ—churned; dadhiyogurt; sarvataḥ—completely; gṛhe gṛhe—in home after home; pragāyantyaḥ—singing; gopālaof Gopāla; caritam—the pastimes; param—transcendental.

English translation of verse 1.19.1:

Śrī Nārada said: Churning yogurt in their Gokula homes, the gopīs sang of Lord Gopāla's transcendental pastimes,
