The Garga-samhita Verse 1.16.55, English translation, including word-by-word: This text represents a Vaishnava scripture which narrates the life Krishna, It was composed in seventeen cantos by Garga Muni: an ancient sage and priest of the Yadu dynasty having. उवाच राधां नृप-नन्द-गेहिनी
धन्यासि राधे वृषभानु-कन्यके
त्वया शिशुर् मे परिरक्षितो भयान्
मेघावृते व्योम्नि भयातुरो वने

uvāca rādhāṃ nṛpa-nanda-gehinī
dhanyāsi rādhe vṛṣabhānu-kanyake
tvayā śiśur me parirakṣito bhayān
meghāvṛte vyomni bhayāturo vane

uvāca—said; rādhām—to Rādhā; nṛpa-nanda-gehinī—the wife of King Nanda; dhanyāfortunate; asi—You are; rādhe—O Rādhā; vṛṣabhānu-kanyake—O daughter of Vṛṣabhānu; tvayā—by You; śiśuḥ—child; me—my; parirakṣitaḥ—protected; bhayāt—from danger; meghaby clouds; āvṛte—covered; vyomni—when the sky; bhayāturaḥ—fearful; vane—in the forest.

English translation of verse 1.16.55:

King Nanda's wife said to Rādhā, "O Rādhā, O daughter of King Vṛṣabhānu, You are fortunate. When the sky was covered with clouds and my child became frightened in the forest, You protected Him."
