नन्देन दत्तं शिशुम् एव यादृशं
भूमौ लुठन्तं प्ररुदन्तम् आययौ
हरिं विलोक्याशु रुरोध राधिका
तनोषि मायां नु कथं हरे मयि

nandena dattaṃ śiśum eva yādṛśaṃ
bhūmau luṭhantaṃ prarudantam āyayau
hariṃ vilokyāśu rurodha rādhikā
tanoṣi māyāṃ nu kathaṃ hare mayi

nandena—by Nanda; dattam—given; śiśum—child; eva—indeed; yādṛśam—like which; bhūmau—on the ground; luṭhantam—crawling; prarudantam—crying; āyayau—went; harim—Lord Hari; vilokyaseeing; āśu—at once; rurodha—cried; rādhikāRādhā; tanoṣi—You manifest; māyām—illusion; nu—indeed; katham—why?; hareO Lord Hari; mayito Me.

English translation of verse 1.16.52:
