Verse 1.16.27

यदान्तरात्मा विदितश् चतुर्भिस्
तदा त्व् इयं लक्षणा-रूप-वृत्तिः
यदा विराड्-देह-धरस् त्वम् एव
तदाखिलं वा भुवि धारणेयम्

yadāntarātmā viditaś caturbhis
tadā tv iyaṃ lakṣaṇā-rūpa-vṛttiḥ
yadā virāḍ-deha-dharas tvam eva
tadākhilaṃ vā bhuvi dhāraṇeyam

yadā—when; antarātmā—within the heart; viditaḥ—known; caturbhiḥ—by four; tadā—then; tu—indeed; iyam—She; lakṣaṇā-rūpa-vṛttiḥ—Lakṣaṇā-vṛtti; yadā—when; virāḍ-deha-dharaḥ—the universal form; tvam—You; eva—indeed; tadā—then; akhilam—everything; vā—or; bhuvi—on the earth; dhāraṇā—the earth; iyam—She.

English translation of verse 1.16.27:

When You become the four things in the heart, She becomes the power of understanding something from a hint. When You become the universal form, which includes everything, She becomes the earth.

Note: The four things in the heart are the heart, mind, intelligence, and false-ego.
