गोलोक-लोकाच् च पुरा समागता
भूमिर् निजं स्वं वपुर् आदधाना
या पद्मरागादि-खचित्-सुवर्णा
बभूव सा तत्-क्षणम् एव सर्वा

goloka-lokāc ca purā samāgatā
bhūmir nijaṃ svaṃ vapur ādadhānā
yā padmarāgādi-khacit-suvarṇā
babhūva sā tat-kṣaṇam eva sarvā

goloka-lokāt—from the realm of Goloka; ca—also; purāpreviously; samāgatā—come; bhūmiḥearth; nijam—own; svam—own; vapuḥform; ādadhānā—manifesting; yā—who; padmarāgarubies; ādi—beginning with; khacit—studded; suvarṇāgold; babhūva—became; sā—She; tat-kṣaṇam—at that moment; eva—indeed; sarvāall.

English translation of verse 1.16.13:

Then the spiritual ground came from the realm of Goloka. In a moment everything was golden and studded with rubies and many jewels.
