श्री-नन्द उवाच
यदि प्रसन्नासि तदा भवेन् मे
भक्तिर् दृढा कौ युवयोः पदाब्जे
सतां च भक्तिस् तव भक्ति-भाजां
सङ्गः सदा मे ऽथ युगे युगे च

śrī-nanda uvāca
yadi prasannāsi tadā bhaven me
bhaktir dṛḍhā kau yuvayoḥ padābje
satāṃ ca bhaktis tava bhakti-bhājāṃ
saṅgaḥ sadā me 'tha yuge yuge ca

śrī-nandaḥ uvāca—Śrī Nanda said; yadi—if; prasannāpleased; asi—You are; tadāthen; bhavet—may be; me—to Me; bhaktiḥdevotion; dṛḍhāfirm; kau—in this world; yuvayoḥ—of You both; pada-abje—for the lotus feet; satām—of the devotees; ca—also; bhaktiḥ—devotion; tava—to You; bhakti-bhājām—who have devotion; saṅgaḥ—association; sadāalways; me—of me; athathen; yuge yuge—millennium after millennium; ca—and.

English translation of verse 1.16.11:

If You are pleased then let me have firm devotion for the lotus feet of You both, and let me have devotion for Your devotees, and let me have their company. Let me have this millennium after millennium.
