The Garga-samhita Verse 1.16.7, English translation, including word-by-word: This text represents a Vaishnava scripture which narrates the life Krishna, It was composed in seventeen cantos by Garga Muni: an ancient sage and priest of the Yadu dynasty having. This is verse 1 of Chapter 16 (Description of Shri Radhika’s Wedding) of Canto 1 (goloka-khanda).

तत्-तेजसा धर्षित आशु नन्दो
नत्वाथ ताम् आह कृताञ्जलिः सन्
अयं तु साक्षात् पुरुषोत्तमस् त्वं
प्रियास्य मुख्यासि तदैव राधे

tat-tejasā dharṣita āśu nando
natvātha tām āha kṛtāñjaliḥ san
ayaṃ tu sākṣāt puruṣottamas tvaṃ
priyāsya mukhyāsi tadaiva rādhe

tat—of Her; tejasā—by the splendor; dharṣitaḥ—overwhelmed; āśu—at once; nandaḥNanda; natvā—bowing; athathen; tām—to Her; āha—said; kṛtāñjaliḥwith folded hands; san—being; ayamHe; tu—indeed; sākṣātdirectly; puruṣottamaḥ—the Supreme Personality of Godhead; tvam—You; priyāthe beloved; asyaof Him; mukhyāmost important; asi—are; tadāthen; eva—indeed; rādhe—O Rādhā.

English translation of verse 1.16.7:

Overwhelmed by Her effulgence, Nanda bowed down and with folded hands said, "He is the original Supreme Personality of Godhead, and You, O Rādhā, are His first beloved.
