The Garga-samhita Verse 1.15.63, English translation, including word-by-word: This text represents a Vaishnava scripture which narrates the life Krishna, It was composed in seventeen cantos by Garga Muni: an ancient sage and priest of the Yadu dynasty having. This is verse 1 of Chapter 15 (Revelation of the Universal Form to Nanda’s Wife) of Canto 1 (goloka-khanda).

यूयं सर्वे ऽपि गोपाला
गोलोकाद् आगता भुवि
तथा गोपी-गणा गावो
गोलोके राधिकेच्छया

yūyaṃ sarve 'pi gopālā
golokād āgatā bhuvi
tathā gopī-gaṇā gāvo
goloke rādhikecchayā

yūyam—you; sarve—all; api—also; gopālāḥ—gopas; golokāt—from Goloka; āgatāḥ—come; bhuvi—to the earth; tathā—so; gopī-gaṇāḥgopīs; gāvaḥ—cows; goloke—in Goloka; rādhikāof Śrī Rādhā; icchayā—by the desire.

English translation of verse 1.15.63:

You gopas have all come from Goloka. By Śrī Rādhikā's wish the cows and gopīs have also come from Goloka.
