सो ऽयं तव शिउर् जातो
भारावतरणाय च
कंसादीनां वधार्थाय
भक्तानां रक्षणाय च
so 'yaṃ tava śiur jāto
bhārāvataraṇāya ca
kaṃsādīnāṃ vadhārthāya
bhaktānāṃ rakṣaṇāya ca
saḥ ayam—this person; tava—your; śiuḥ—son; jātaḥ—born; bhāra—burden; avataraṇāya—for removing; ca—and; kaṃsa-ādīnām—of the demons beginning with Kaṃsa; vadha-arthāya—for killing; bhaktānām—of the devotees; rakṣaṇāya—for protection; ca—also.
English translation of verse 1.15.36:
That same Supreme Personality of Godhead is now born as your child. He has come to remove the earth's burden, to kill the demons headed by Kaṃsa, and to protect the devotees.
