सम्पूज्य गणनाथादीन्
ग्रहन् संशोध्य यत्नतः
नन्दं प्राह प्रसन्नाङ्गो
गर्गाचार्यो महा-मुनिः
sampūjya gaṇanāthādīn
grahan saṃśodhya yatnataḥ
nandaṃ prāha prasannāṅgo
gargācāryo mahā-muniḥ
sampūjya—worshiping; gaṇanātha-ādīn—beginning with Gaṇeśa; grahān—the planets; saṃśodhya—appeasing; yatnataḥ—carefully; nandam—to Nanda; prāha—said; prasanna—pleased; aṅgaḥ—in every limb; gargācāryaḥ—Garga Muni; mahā-muniḥ—the great sage.
English translation of verse 1.15.24:
After worshiping the deities headed by Gaṇeśa, and after carefully appeasing the deities of the planets, the great saint Garga Muni, happy in every limb, spoke to Nanda.
