The Garga-samhita Verse 1.15.15, English translation, including word-by-word: This text represents a Vaishnava scripture which narrates the life Krishna, It was composed in seventeen cantos by Garga Muni: an ancient sage and priest of the Yadu dynasty having. This is verse 1 of Chapter 15 (Revelation of the Universal Form to Nanda’s Wife) of Canto 1 (goloka-khanda).

सुधा-खण्डात् परं मिष्टं
श्री-कृष्ण-चरितं शुभम्
गन्धमादन-शृङ्गे वै
नारायण-मुखाच् छ्रुतम्

sudhā-khaṇḍāt paraṃ miṣṭaṃ
śrī-kṛṣṇa-caritaṃ śubham
gandhamādana-śṛṅge vai
nārāyaṇa-mukhāc chrutam

sudhā-khaṇḍāt—than nectar; param—more; miṣṭam—sweet; śrī-kṛṣṇa-caritam—Śrī Kṛṣṇa's pastimes; śubham—beautiful; gandhamādana-śṛṅge—on the summit of Mount Gandhamādana; vai—indeed; nārāyaṇa-mukhāt—from the mouth of Lord Nārāyaṇa; śrutam—heard.

English translation of verse 1.15.15:

On the summit of Mount Gandhamādana I heard these beautiful, sweeter than nectar pastimes of Lord Kṛṣṇa from the mouth of Nārāyaṇa Ṛṣi.
