The Garga-samhita Verse 1.14.54, English translation, including word-by-word: This text represents a Vaishnava scripture which narrates the life Krishna, It was composed in seventeen cantos by Garga Muni: an ancient sage and priest of the Yadu dynasty having. This is verse 1 of Chapter 14 (The Liberation of Shakatasura and Trinavarta) of Canto 1 (goloka-khanda).

श्री-ब्राह्मणा ऊचुः
दामोदरः पातु पादौ
जानूनि विस्तर-श्रवाः
ऊरू पातु हरिर् नाभिं
परिपूर्णतमः स्वयम्

śrī-brāhmaṇā ūcuḥ
dāmodaraḥ pātu pādau
jānūni vistara-śravāḥ
ūrū pātu harir nābhiṃ
paripūrṇatamaḥ svayam

śrī-brāhmaṇāḥ ūcuḥ—the brāhmaṇas said; dāmodaraḥLord Dāmodara; pātumay protect; pādau—feet; jānūni—knees; vistara-śravāḥ—Lord Vistara-śravāḥ; ūrū—thighs; pātu—may protect; hariḥLord Hari; nābhim—navel; paripūrṇatamaḥ svayam—the Supreme Personality of Godhead.

English translation of verse 1.14.54:

The brāhmaṇas said: May Lord Dāmodara protect Your feet. May Lord Vistaraśravā protect Your knees. May Lord Hari protect Your thighs. May the Supreme Personality of Godhead protect Your navel.
