दोर्-दण्डं सततं रक्षेत्
पृथुः पृथुल-विक्रमः
उदरं कमठः पातु
नाभिं धन्वन्तरिश् च ते

dor-daṇḍaṃ satataṃ rakṣet
pṛthuḥ pṛthula-vikramaḥ
udaraṃ kamaṭhaḥ pātu
nābhiṃ dhanvantariś ca te

dor-daṇḍamarms; satatam—always; rakṣet—may protect; pṛthuḥPṛthu; pṛthula-vikramaḥ—very powerful; udaram—belly; kamaṭhaḥ—Lord Kūrma; pātumay protect; nābhim—navel; dhanvantariḥDhanvantari; ca—and; te—Your.

English translation of verse 1.13.19:

May powerful Lord Pṛthu always protect Your arms. May Lord Kūrma protect Your abdomen. May Lord Dhanvantari protect Your navel.
