कोलाहल-समायुक्तं
गोप-गोपी-गणाकुलम्
नन्द-मन्दिरम् अभ्येत्य
क्षणं स्थित्वा ययुः सुराः

kolāhala-samāyuktaṃ
gopa-gopī-gaṇākulam
nanda-mandiram abhyetya
kṣaṇaṃ sthitvā yayuḥ surāḥ

kolāhalawith a tumult; samāyuktam—endowed; gopaof gopas; gopīand gopīs; gaṇawith multitudes; ākulam—filled; nanda-mandiram—Nanda's palace; abhyetya—attaining; kṣaṇam—for a moment; sthitvā—standing; yayuḥ—went; surāḥ—the dmeigods.

English translation of verse 1.12.49:

Finally coming to Nanda's palace, which was filled with many gopas and gopīs making a great tumult, the demigods paused for a moment, and then entered.
