हरिम् आनकदुन्दुभिः स्तवैः
स्तवनं तं प्रणिपत्य विस्मितः
अकरोद् उदित-प्रभूदयो
गत-भीः सूति-गृहे कृताञ्जलिः
harim ānakadundubhiḥ stavaiḥ
stavanaṃ taṃ praṇipatya vismitaḥ
akarod udita-prabhūdayo
gata-bhīḥ sūti-gṛhe kṛtāñjaliḥ
harim—to Lord Hari; ānakadundubhiḥ—Vasudeva; stavaiḥ—with prayers; stavanam—praise; tam—to Him; praṇipatya—bowing down; vismitaḥ—filled with wonder; akarot—did; udita—manifested; prabhu—of the Lord; udayaḥ—appearance; gata—gone; bhīḥ—fear; sūti-gṛhe—in the maternity room; kṛta-añjaliḥ—with folded hands.
English translation of verse 1.11.30:
Standing before the Lord in the maternity-room, astonished Vasudeva bowed down. Now fearless, with folded hands he glorified the Lord with many prayers.
