The Garga-samhita Verse 1.10.32, English translation, including word-by-word: This text represents a Vaishnava scripture which narrates the life Krishna, It was composed in seventeen cantos by Garga Muni: an ancient sage and priest of the Yadu dynasty having. श्री-व्यास उवाच
अहो भाग्यं तु ते नन्द
शिशुह् शेषह् सनातनह्
देवक्यां वसुदेवस्य
जातो ऽयं मथुरा-पुरे

śrī-vyāsa uvāca
aho bhāgyaṃ tu te nanda
śiśuh śeṣah sanātanah
devakyāṃ vasudevasya
jāto 'yaṃ mathurā-pure

śrī-vyasah uvāca—Śrī Vyāsa said; ahah—Oh; bhāgyam—good fortune; tu— indeed; te—of you; nandaO Nanda; śiśuh—child; śeṣah—Śeṣa; sanātanah—eternal; devakyām—in Devakī; vasudevasya—of Vasudeva; jātah—born; ayamHe; mathurā-pure—in Mathurā City..

English translation of verse 1.10.32:

Śrī Vyāsa said: Nanda, you are very fortunate. This child is eternal Ananta Śeṣa.

In Mathurā City He was conceived by Vasudeva in Devakī.
