The Garga-samhita Verse 1.10.30, English translation, including word-by-word: This text represents a Vaishnava scripture which narrates the life Krishna, It was composed in seventeen cantos by Garga Muni: an ancient sage and priest of the Yadu dynasty having. द्वैपायनो देवल-देवरात-
वशिष्ठ-वाचस्पतिभिर् मया चआगत्य तत्रैव समास्थितो ऽभूत्
पद्यादिभिर् नन्द-कृतैह् प्रसन्नह्

dvaipāyano devala-devarāta-
vaśiṣṭha-vācaspatibhir mayā caāgatya tatraiva samāsthito 'bhūt
padyādibhir nanda-kṛtaih prasannah

dvaipāyanah—Vyāsa; devalaDevala; devarātaDevarāta; vaśiṣṭhaVaśiṣṭha; vācaspatibhih—with Bṛhaspati; mayāwith me; ca—also; āgatya—coming; tatra— there; eva—indeed; samāsthitah—situated; abhūt—became; padyawith water for washing the feet; ādibhih—beginning with; nandaby Nanda; kṛtaih—done; prasannah—pleased.

English translation of verse 1.10.30:

Coming there with Devala, Devarāta, Vaśiṣṭha, Bṛhaspati, and myself (Nārada), Vyāsadeva was pleased when Nanda washed his feet and worshiped Him in many ways.
