The Garga-samhita Verse 1.10.22, English translation, including word-by-word: This text represents a Vaishnava scripture which narrates the life Krishna, It was composed in seventeen cantos by Garga Muni: an ancient sage and priest of the Yadu dynasty having. नृपासनात् सङ्गृहीत्वा
बद्ध्वा पाशैश् च तं खलह्
तन्-मित्रैश् च नृपैह् सार्धं
कारागारे रुरोध ह

nṛpāsanāt saṅgṛhītvā
baddhvā pāśaiś ca taṃ khalah
tan-mitraiś ca nṛpaih sārdhaṃ
kārāgāre rurodha ha

nṛpāsanāt—from the royal throne; saṅgṛhītvā—taking; baddhvā—binding; pāśaih—with ropes; ca—also; tam—him; khalah—the demon; tan-mitraih—with his friends; ca—also; nṛpaih—kings; sārdham—with; kārāgāre—in a prison cell; rurodha - imprisoned; ha—indeed.

English translation of verse 1.10.22:

The demon dragged him from the royal throne, bound him with ropes, and with his royal friends locked him in a prison cell.
