The Garga-samhita Verse 1.5.15, English translation, including word-by-word: This text represents a Vaishnava scripture which narrates the life Krishna, It was composed in seventeen cantos by Garga Muni: an ancient sage and priest of the Yadu dynasty having. This is verse 1 of Chapter 5 (The Lord’s Appearance) of Canto 1 (goloka-khanda).

Sanskrit text, transliteration and word-by-word meaning:

बर्हिष्मति-भवास् तत्र
पृथुं दृट्ट्वा पुर-स्त्रियः
अत्रेः समीपम् आगत्य
ता ऊचुर् मोह-विह्वलाः

barhiṣmati-bhavās tatra
pṛthuṃ dṛṭṭvā pura-striyaḥ
atreḥ samīpam āgatya
tā ūcur moha-vihvalāḥ

barhiṣmati-bhavāḥborn in Barhiṣmatī; tatra—there; pṛthum—Pṛthu; dṛṭṭvā—

English translation of verse 1.5.15:

seeing; pura-striyaḥ—women of the city; atreḥ—of Atri Muni; samīpam—near;

āgatya—arriving; tāḥ—they; ūcuḥ—said; moha-vihvalāḥ—overcome with love.

When the women of Barhiṣmati City saw Lord Pṛthu they became overwhelmed with love for Him. Approaching Atri Muni, they said:
