The Garga-samhita Verses 1.5.1-2, English translation, including word-by-word: This text represents a Vaishnava scripture which narrates the life Krishna, It was composed in seventeen cantos by Garga Muni: an ancient sage and priest of the Yadu dynasty having. This is verse 1 of Chapter 5 (The Lord’s Appearance) of Canto 1 (goloka-khanda).

श्री-भगवान् उवाच
रमा-वैकुण्ठ-वासिन्यः
श्वेतद्वीप-सखी-जनाः
ऊर्ध्व-वैकुण्ठ-वासिन्यस्
तथाजित-पदाश्रयाः
श्री-लोकाचल-वासिन्यः
श्री-सख्यो ऽपि समुद्र-जाः
ता गोप्यो ऽपि भविष्यन्ति
लक्ष्मी-पति-वराद् व्रजे

śrī-bhagavān uvāca
ramā-vaikuṇṭha-vāsinyaḥ
śvetadvīpa-sakhī-janāḥ
ūrdhva-vaikuṇṭha-vāsinyas
tathājita-padāśrayāḥ
śrī-lokācala-vāsinyaḥ
śrī-sakhyo 'pi samudra-jāḥ
tā gopyo 'pi bhaviṣyanti
lakṣmī-pati-varād vraje

śrī-bhagavān uvāca—the Supreme Personality of Godhead said; ramā-vaikuṇṭha-vāsinyaḥ—the women of Ramā-Vaikuṇṭha; śvetadvīpa-sakhī-janāḥ—the women of Śvetadvīpa; ūrdhva-vaikuṇṭha-vāsinyaḥ—the women of Urdhva-Vaikuṇṭha;

English translation of verses 1.5.1-2:

tathā—so; ajita-pada-āśrayaḥ—the women who have taken shelter of Lord Ajita;

śrī-lokācala-vāsinyaḥ—the women of Lokācala; śrī-sakhyo api samudra-jāḥ—the women born from the ocean; tāḥ—they; gopyaḥ—gopīs; api—also; bhaviṣyanti

will become; lakṣmī-pati—of Lord Nārāyaṇa, the husband of Lakṣmī; varāt—from the benediction; vraje—in Vraja.

The Supreme Personality of Godhead said: The women of Ramā-Vaikuṇṭha, the women of Śvetadvīpa, the women of Urdhva-Vaikuṇṭha, the women who have taken shelter of Lord Ajita's feet, the women of Lokācala, and the daughters of Varuṇa will become gopīs in Vraja because of a benediction offered by Lord Nārāyaṇa, the husband of Lakṣmī.
