घन-प्रभं पद्म-दलायुतेक्षणं
प्रलम्ब-बाहुं बहु-पीत-वाससम्
वृन्दावनोन्मत्त-मिलिन्द-शब्दैर्
विराजितं श्री-वन-मालया हरिम्
ghana-prabhaṃ padma-dalāyutekṣaṇaṃ
pralamba-bāhuṃ bahu-pīta-vāsasam
vṛndāvanonmatta-milinda-śabdair
virājitaṃ śrī-vana-mālayā harim
ghana—of a raincloud; prabham—splendor; padma—lotus; dala—petal; āyuta—large; īkṣaṇam—eyes; pralamba—long; bāhum—arms; bahu—great; pīta—yellow; vāsasam—garments; vṛndāvana—in Vṛndāvan; unmatta—maddened; milinda—of bees; śabdaiḥ—by the sounds; virājitam—splendid; śrī—beautiful; vana—forest; mālayā—with a garland; harim—Śrī Kṛṣṇa.
English translation of verse 1.2.55:
. . . who was splendid as a raincloud, whose large eyes were lotus petals, whose arms were long, who wore great yellow garments, who was splendid with a beautiful forest garland filled with the sounds of intoxicated bees.
