पतत्-पताकैर् दिव्याभैः
पुष्प-मन्दिर-वर्त्मभिः
जात-भ्रमर-सङ्गीतो
मत्त-बर्हि-पिक-स्वनः
patat-patākair divyābhaiḥ
puṣpa-mandira-vartmabhiḥ
jāta-bhramara-saṅgīto
matta-barhi-pika-svanaḥ
patat—moving; patākaiḥ—with flags; divyābhaiḥ—glorious; puṣpa—of flowers; mandira—palaces; vartmabhiḥ—with pathways; jāta—born; bhramara—of bees; saṅgītaḥ—song; matta—maddened; barhi—peacocks; pika—and cuckoos; svanaḥ—the sound.
English translation of verse 1.2.39:
