Comparative analysis of commentaries and excerpts in English:

[Trika principle of Nara-Śakti-Śiva]

Jīva, which is image of Nara and Śakti, is established by Mātṛka Śaktis (Jagad yonis)[1]. The eight vargas form the eight petals which is Puruṣa. The variety of activities and the instruments of action in the form of Bāhya-Antaḥkaraṇas form the various Śaktis in Krama and Kāli is the box who contains them. Śiva, spouse of Śakti, is a Liṅga form (amūrta). Śiva is Kameśvara, Śakti is Kameśvari, and due to their divine union the entire Triad principle in the form of Nara-Śakti-Śiva triad emerge in manifestation. The entire universe with immovable and movable things, emerge from akṣaras, more specifically from Praṇava k. Thus the Triad of Nara-Śakti-Śiva is the effect of Mātṛka Śaktis and hence of Kāli. The whole group of Rudra, Siddhas, Munis worship this form of Kāli.
