Comparative analysis of commentaries and excerpts in English:

[Śakti not only shines in Rasmicakra but also as Bliss]

Saṃhāra is the form of Mahākālamelāpa. Three resting phases of Śakti in this level are, That, which is to become, which has become and which is extinct. The ascent of Śakti is the innate beginning point from this level of resting. Śakti assumes the different and non-different forms. The first point of evolution of Śakti in diversity, lies in her Rajoguṇa aspect of complete unsteadiness. Raśmicakra consists of Sūrya, Soma and Agni that shine due to Śakti’s emergence outwardly. When she is in the non-different form, her own brilliance shines lest Rasmicakra. She is in her luminant Consciousness-bliss form. The Vāsanās which are acquired by good deeds rest in her.
