Comparative analysis of commentaries and excerpts in English:

[Śāktopāsanā only leads to revelation of Cidānanda Śakti]

Whole and Non-dual form of Śakti, which is Cidānanda-Svātantryagana, can be attained only by adherence to Śāktopāsanā. Vedas, Words of Siddhas, Āgamas, which talk of duality of Absolute, the yāgas stipulated by Śruti and Smṛti, the Yogic meditative paths (Aṣṭāṅga/Ṣaḍaṅga) all these can not help the sādhaka realise the deity described in this work.
