Comparative analysis of commentaries and excerpts in English:

[Śakti’s brilliance dissipates the cosmic group]

Śiva is the lord of Kālāgni. When he is in the form of Prakāśa, then the cosmic group of Pārthiva-Prākṛta-Māyīya-Sākta Aṇḍas exist in him in their respective forms. Śakti’s form of brilliance in pervasion, dissipates the entire group. Both Śiva and Śakti with their forms of brilliance, administer the manifestation. Śiva needs the help of Kālāgni for Saṃhāra, whereas Śakti being Sovereign, acts on her own power. This is to highlight the greatness of Śakti as compared to Śiva.
