Cidgaganacandrika 230 [Shastras call Shakti as Avyapadeshya, Anamaka, Anakhya etc.], English comparative study extracted from the two available commentaries—the Divyacakorika and the Kramaprakashika. भक्षयन्त्यखिलमक्षजैः शिवे शक्तिरश्मिभिरिमाश्च मातृभिः ।
ताश्च संस्मृतिमहालये परे रज्यती हरसि विश्वविग्रहम् ॥ २३० ॥bhakṣayantyakhilamakṣajaiḥ śive śaktiraśmibhirimāśca mātṛbhiḥ |
tāśca saṃsmṛtimahālaye pare rajyatī harasi viśvavigraham || 230 ||

Śakti, on containment of intentions without Saṃhāra and Śṛṣṭi activities. When she manifests the universe, she pervades it with her power. Thus Kāli retains both her Samvit form (Viśvottīrṇa) and Viśvātma forms[1]. She is called as Avyapadeśya, Anāmaka, Anākhya and so on.
