Sanskrit text, Unicode transliteration and English commentary of verse 224:

विश्वसंहृतिपदे लयोज्झिते लीयसे यदि निरंशतः शिवे ।
सृष्टिकाल्यसि यया बहिःपदे क्षिप्तमम्ब जगदाशु गृह्यते ॥ २२४ ॥

viśvasaṃhṛtipade layojjhite līyase yadi niraṃśataḥ śive |
sṛṣṭikālyasi yayā bahiḥpade kṣiptamamba jagadāśu gṛhyate || 224 ||

Comparative analysis of commentaries and excerpts in English:

[Śakti in Mahat state is Bliss]

Oneness without a second occurs, when there is no threat about another person[1]. This is the Mahat state. The actions of Mahat (Śiva) are also excellent. In manifestation, it reaches the state of Ānanda. Śakti is not only Bliss but also the supreme Intelligence (Cidgana). Thus the couple Śiva and Śakti always stay in Bliss, which is their nature. Thus Cidānandarūpā makes even the Bhoga as means for Mokṣa.
