Cidgaganacandrika 214 [Bhoga and Moksha], English comparative study extracted from the two available commentaries—the Divyacakorika and the Kramaprakashika. The Cidgagana-candrika is an important Tantric work belonging to the Krama system of Kashmir Shaivism. Written by Kalidasa (Shrivatsa) in 312 Sanskrit verses, it deals with the knowledge regarding both the Macrocosmic and Microcosmic phenomena

अक्षमूलपशुभेदविग्रहा न्यायसंभृतिहृतार्धरूपिणी ।
त्वत्पदे ग्लपितकल्पने लयाद् भाति बिन्दुरिति किं नु मुद्रया ॥ २१४ ॥

akṣamūlapaśubhedavigrahā nyāyasaṃbhṛtihṛtārdharūpiṇī |
tvatpade glapitakalpane layād bhāti binduriti kiṃ nu mudrayā || 214 ||

[Bhoga and Mokṣa]

Manifested objects are treated as permanent as per their use with respect to that time and place. This knowledge is gained through the Indriyas which enjoy the worldly things and the objects of Indriyas which are perceived[1]. This is Sṛṣṭikrama (Dṛṣṭireva Sṛṣṭi). Pralayakrama is by discarding the gross form of objects and going through the process of the power that illuminates the entire perceived Jagat. Realizing through the proper knowledge endowed with Buddhi, that the Jagat, that is experienced, is meaningless and the illumining Śakti is the state of pralaya, one gets the Bhoga in Śṛṣṭi or Mokṣa in Laya.
