[Pañcabhūtas by means of Pañcīkaraṇa hold Sṛṣṭi-maṇḍala]

Siddhas, who realise the Viśvamaya svarūpa of Śiva, as one’s Self-experience, know the presence of the Sūkṣma bhūtapañcakas [pañcabhūtas?] as causing the formation of the Sthūla Sṛṣṭimaṇḍala[1].
