Comparative analysis of commentaries and excerpts in English:

[Śakti as Ūrdhvamaṇḍala]

Jñānarūpā Śakti is known through the Śabdādi Viṣayapañcaka [Pañcaviṣaya?]. When she rises in wave form in the calm ocean of Śiva as Vimarśa, she creates innumerable forms, which are the elements that result in the Manifestation and the Devolution. These form the Ūrdhvamaṇḍala[1] whose causal factor is Vimarśa.
