Comparative analysis of commentaries and excerpts in English:

[Dikcarī as Saṃhārakarta]

Bhūcarī, which represents the sphuraṇarūpa of Citśakti, is immanent aspect which spreads through all the names and forms in creation. Suddenly when she decides to revert to her origin i.e., Cidgagana, then she draws back the entire manifestation in her. Then she is called Dikcarī-Saṃhārakarta.
