[Bhūcarī in Akramasṛṣṭi]

When the creative impulse clearly gets an impression, simultaneously the heaven (Svarga) and world (Bhūmi) are created with different kinds of beings. Bhūcarī is the Śakti who from Khecarī impulse, becomes the ruler of these two Bhuvanās which are formed of Akramasṛṣṭi[1].
