Cidgaganacandrika 88 [Vishvalayarupa Samadhi], English comparative study extracted from the two available commentaries—the Divyacakorika and the Kramaprakashika. व्योमयानमतिमत्पुरस्सरः पञ्चधा प्रसर एष तावकः ।
जृम्भमाणगुरुवक्त्रचित्पथोल्लासिमूर्तिरयमास्थितो जगत् ॥ ८८ ॥

vyomayānamatimatpurassaraḥ pañcadhā prasara eṣa tāvakaḥ |
jṛmbhamāṇaguruvaktracitpathollāsimūrtirayamāsthito jagat || 88 ||

[Viśvalayarūpa Samādhi]

The universe,which is Śiva in his immanent form, on the context of total stoppage of the activities of pañcaprāṇas in samādhi through the Vyomayāna in cidgagana disappears (visvalayarūpa)[1]. Before Śṛṣṭi, owing to the grace on the living beings to be created, Śakti kindles the state of bliss in the path of Paramaguru Śiva’s face. This flows out as the emanence of Jagat in the Prāṇādhva with Mati as pioneer. (mano matir mahan brahma). Thus Śakti in her pañcaprāṇā rūpa becomes the Instrumental cause (Upādānakāraṇa) in creation.
