Comparative analysis of commentaries and excerpts in English:

[Śakti emanates as Varṇa]

Siddhā now sums up. The ever auspicious Śakti is the soul of Śiva. She is the cause of creation, protection and destruction and non-appearance (Tirodhāna) and appearance (Anugraha); She is the source of the three svarās or sounds, sounded or heard, āhata, creation; She emanates having the body in the form of enhancing or spreading or destroying the worldly knowledge. She becomes the body of sense and sound, having the five elements. She takes shape as Varṇa- alphabets to reveal (Samvit) knowledge.[1]

Citśakti resides in Anāhata cakra as Samvit

Samvitrupā Śakti who is non-different from Śiva, is the prime cause of Svarās, i.e Vācaka and hence the creative force of the entire universe. In the body of Sādhaka, Vimarśa-Samvitśakti rises as svarās from Mūlādhāra cakra as knowledge and mystically reaching Anāhata[2] she becomes both the knowledge and the known. At this stage she illumines both the word and sense.
