Comparative analysis of commentaries and excerpts in English:

[Śakti’s effulgence causes creations and forms]

A Siddhā who is inspired by Ambā or who shines through her, is created as Śiva and Śakti. Thus every form gets created by her effulgence.[1]

Cosmic Energy and worldly Energy (Cit-Acit)

The subtle Śakti manifests as two dimensional energy viz Cosmic and worldly.[2] Cosmic powerCit’ is in Siddhapañcaka (dharmi). The worldly energy ‘Acit’ raises from Dharma (śaktipañcaka).

Citiśakti’ projects objects as ‘cidrūpa’ on the mirror mat (the abode) viz Īśvara. That is the self illumination in Citśakti of Īśvara, on virtual manifestation gets the form and shape identical with the projection in subtle levels. Thus she begins her action of Sṛṣṭi (creation). This is called the Sṛṣṭikālī [Sṛṣṭikālī?] form in other tantras.
