Verse 30 [Spoken word incapable of revealing Parāmbā]

Sanskrit text, Unicode transliteration and English commentary of verse 30:

या प्रमातरि निषेदुषी परा प्रत्यगात्मनि विमर्शविग्रहा ।
वागियं त्रिविधभावभासिता त्वां स वक्ति किमुताम्ब वैखरी ॥ ३० ॥

yā pramātari niṣeduṣī parā pratyagātmani vimarśavigrahā |
vāgiyaṃ trividhabhāvabhāsitā tvāṃ sa vakti kimutāmba vaikharī || 30 ||

Comparative analysis of commentaries and excerpts in English:

[Spoken word incapable of revealing Parāmbā]

The Siddhā says that Ambā is known as vāk—word in its pure form as parā, in the unspoken state who shines as the knower, the knowledge and the known. Vaikharī, the spoken word can not reveal her. If at all it reveals her, it simply spells that she is Kāla.[1]

Śakti as Paravāc in the Knower

Śakti in her pure form is Parāvāc in the Knower. Śakti shines through four forms of Vāc (Speech). Parā[2] that presides in Mūlādhāra, Paśyantī that forms in the Nābhi, Madhyamā that occupies Hṛdaya and Vaikharī that emerges from Throat.[3] Parāvāc is the Vimarśa, the Power Discriminate, dwelling in the pure Self of the knower, shining as the knower, knowledge and the known. So the revelation of Śakti by Vaikharī means to say that she is not different from Śiva.
