The Chaitanya Bhagavata 3.10.51, English translation, including a commentary (Gaudiya-bhasya). This text is similair to the Caitanya-caritamrita and narrates the pastimes of Lord Caitanya, proclaimed to be the direct incarnation of Krishna (as Bhagavan) This is verse 51 of Antya-khanda chapter 10—“The Glories of Shri Pundarika Vidyanidhi”.

Bengali text, Devanagari and Unicode transliteration of verse 3.10.51:

কি শযনে, কি ভোজনে, কিবা পর্যটনে দামোদরে প্রভু না ছাডেন কোন-ক্ষণে ॥ ৫১ ॥

कि शयने, कि भोजने, किबा पर्यटने दामोदरे प्रभु ना छाडेन कोन-क्षणे ॥ ५१ ॥

ki śayane, ki bhojane, kibā paryaṭane dāmodare prabhu nā chāḍena kona-kṣaṇe || 51 ||

ki sayane, ki bhojane, kiba paryatane damodare prabhu na chadena kona-ksane (51)

English translation:

(51) While sleeping, eating, or moving about, Svarūpa Dāmodara would never leave the Lord for even a moment.

Commentary: Gauḍīya-bhāṣya by Śrīla Bhaktisiddhānta Sarasvatī Ṭhākura:

Śrī Dāmodara always assisted the Lord, whether the Lord was sleeping, eating, or traveling. There was not a moment when Svarūpa Dāmodara was separated from the Lord.
