The Chaitanya Bhagavata 3.10.23, English translation, including a commentary (Gaudiya-bhasya). This text is similair to the Caitanya-caritamrita and narrates the pastimes of Lord Caitanya, proclaimed to be the direct incarnation of Krishna (as Bhagavan) This is verse 23 of Antya-khanda chapter 10—“The Glories of Shri Pundarika Vidyanidhi”.

Bengali text, Devanagari and Unicode transliteration of verse 3.10.23:

“ইষ্ট-মন্ত্র আমি যে কহিলুঙ্ কারো প্রতি সেই হৈতে আমার না স্ফুরে ভাল মতি ॥ ২৩ ॥

“इष्ट-मन्त्र आमि ये कहिलुङ् कारो प्रति सेइ हैते आमार ना स्फुरे भाल मति ॥ २३ ॥

“iṣṭa-mantra āmi ye kahiluṅ kāro prati sei haite āmāra nā sphure bhāla mati || 23 ||

“ista-mantra ami ye kahilun karo prati sei haite amara na sphure bhala mati (23)

English translation:

(23) “I have given someone my initiation mantra, and now I am not getting realization from chanting it.
