The Chaitanya Bhagavata 3.9.264, English translation, including a commentary (Gaudiya-bhasya). This text is similair to the Caitanya-caritamrita and narrates the pastimes of Lord Caitanya, proclaimed to be the direct incarnation of Krishna (as Bhagavan) This is verse 264 of Antya-khanda chapter 9—“The Glories of Advaita”.

প্রভু আজ্ঞা দিলে সে ভাণ্ডারী দিতে পারে এই মত যারে কৃপা কর’ যার দ্বারে ॥ ২৬৪ ॥

प्रभु आज्ञा दिले से भाण्डारी दिते पारे एइ मत यारे कृपा कर’ यार द्वारे ॥ २६४ ॥

prabhu ājñā dile se bhāṇḍārī dite pāre ei mata yāre kṛpā kara’ yāra dvāre || 264 ||

prabhu ajna dile se bhandari dite pare ei mata yare krpa kara’ yara dvare (264)

English translation:

(264) “A storekeeper can dispense goods only on the order of the proprietor. In the same way, a person who is favored by You will certainly receive devotional service.

Commentary: Gauḍīya-bhāṣya by Śrīla Bhaktisiddhānta Sarasvatī Ṭhākura:

Śrī Gaurahari said to Śrī Advaita Prabhu, “You alone are responsible for the storehouse of devotional service. Without Your mercy, even a servant of Kṛṣṇa cannot attain the service of Kṛṣṇa.” In reply, Śrī Advaita said, “The storehouse of devotional service actually belongs to You. You are the proprietor. Although by Your order I am the protector of devotional service, I cannot give it to anyone without Your permission.”
