The Chaitanya Bhagavata 3.9.231, English translation, including a commentary (Gaudiya-bhasya). This text is similair to the Caitanya-caritamrita and narrates the pastimes of Lord Caitanya, proclaimed to be the direct incarnation of Krishna (as Bhagavan) This is verse 231 of Antya-khanda chapter 9—“The Glories of Advaita”.

শেষশাযী লক্ষ্মীকান্ত শ্রীবত্স-লাঞ্ছন কৌস্তুভ-ভূষণ আর গরুড-বাহন ॥ ২৩১ ॥

शेषशायी लक्ष्मीकान्त श्रीवत्स-लाञ्छन कौस्तुभ-भूषण आर गरुड-वाहन ॥ २३१ ॥

śeṣaśāyī lakṣmīkānta śrīvatsa-lāñchana kaustubha-bhūṣaṇa āra garuḍa-vāhana || 231 ||

sesasayi laksmikanta srivatsa-lanchana kaustubha-bhusana ara garuda-vahana (231)

English translation:

(231) The Supreme Lord lies on Śeṣa Nāga, He is the husband of the goddess of fortune, His chest is decorated with the mark of Śrīvatsa and the Kaustubha jewel, and His carrier is Garuḍa.
