The Chaitanya Bhagavata 3.9.146, English translation, including a commentary (Gaudiya-bhasya). This text is similair to the Caitanya-caritamrita and narrates the pastimes of Lord Caitanya, proclaimed to be the direct incarnation of Krishna (as Bhagavan) This is verse 146 of Antya-khanda chapter 9—“The Glories of Advaita”.

স্বকর্ম-ফল-নির্দিষ্টাং যাং যাং যোনিং ব্রজাম্য্ অহম্ তস্যাং তস্যাং হৃষীকেশ, ত্বযি ভক্তির্ দৃঢা’স্তু মে ॥ ১৪৬ ॥

स्वकर्म-फल-निर्दिष्टां यां यां योनिं व्रजाम्य् अहम् तस्यां तस्यां हृषीकेश, त्वयि भक्तिर् दृढा’स्तु मे ॥ १४६ ॥

svakarma-phala-nirdiṣṭāṃ yāṃ yāṃ yoniṃ vrajāmy aham tasyāṃ tasyāṃ hṛṣīkeśa, tvayi bhaktir dṛḍhā’stu me || 146 ||

svakarma-phala-nirdistam yam yam yonim vrajamy aham tasyam tasyam hrsikesa, tvayi bhaktir drdha’stu me (146)

English translation:

(146) “O Lord Hṛṣīkeśa, in whatever species of life I take birth as a result of my past activities, let me always remain fixed in Your devotional service.”
