The Chaitanya Bhagavata 3.9.145, English translation, including a commentary (Gaudiya-bhasya). This text is similair to the Caitanya-caritamrita and narrates the pastimes of Lord Caitanya, proclaimed to be the direct incarnation of Krishna (as Bhagavan) This is verse 145 of Antya-khanda chapter 9—“The Glories of Advaita”.

ইন্ থে বিষ্ণু পুরাণ (১.২০.১৮) ইত্ ইস্ স্ততেদ্: নাথ, যোনি-সহস্রেষু যেষু যেষু ব্রজাম্য্ অহম্ তেষু তেষ্ব্ অচ্যুতা ভক্তির্ অচ্যুতাস্তু সদা ত্বযি ॥ ১৪৫ ॥
इन् थे विष्णु पुराण (१.२०.१८) इत् इस् स्ततेद्: नाथ, योनि-सहस्रेषु येषु येषु व्रजाम्य् अहम् तेषु तेष्व् अच्युता भक्तिर् अच्युतास्तु सदा त्वयि ॥ १४५ ॥
In the Viṣṇu Purāṇa (1.20.18) it is stated: nātha, yoni-sahasreṣu yeṣu yeṣu vrajāmy aham teṣu teṣv acyutā bhaktir acyutāstu sadā tvayi || 145 ||
In the Visnu Purana (1.20.18) it is stated: natha, yoni-sahasresu yesu yesu vrajamy aham tesu tesv acyuta bhaktir acyutastu sada tvayi (145)
English translation:
(145) “O Lord Acyuta, wherever I may be born among the thousands of species of life, may I always have unflinching devotion for You.
