The Chaitanya Bhagavata 3.9.143, English translation, including a commentary (Gaudiya-bhasya). This text is similair to the Caitanya-caritamrita and narrates the pastimes of Lord Caitanya, proclaimed to be the direct incarnation of Krishna (as Bhagavan) This is verse 143 of Antya-khanda chapter 9—“The Glories of Advaita”.

Bengali text, Devanagari and Unicode transliteration of verse 3.9.143:

কিবা ব্রহ্ম-জন্ম, কিবা হৌ যথা তথা দাস হৈ’ যেন তোমা সেবিযে সর্বথা ॥ ১৪৩ ॥

किबा ब्रह्म-जन्म, किबा हौ यथा तथा दास है’ येन तोमा सेविये सर्वथा ॥ १४३ ॥

kibā brahma-janma, kibā hau yathā tathā dāsa hai’ yena tomā seviye sarvathā || 143 ||

kiba brahma-janma, kiba hau yatha tatha dasa hai’ yena toma seviye sarvatha (143)

English translation:

(143) “O my Lord, in this birth as Brahmā or in whatever other birth I may take, let me be Your servant and always engage in Your service.’

Commentary: Gauḍīya-bhāṣya by Śrīla Bhaktisiddhānta Sarasvatī Ṭhākura:

Whether or not I take an elevated birth like that of a demigod or a

brāhmaṇa, may I never forget Your service.
