The Chaitanya Bhagavata 3.9.134, English translation, including a commentary (Gaudiya-bhasya). This text is similair to the Caitanya-caritamrita and narrates the pastimes of Lord Caitanya, proclaimed to be the direct incarnation of Krishna (as Bhagavan) This is verse 134 of Antya-khanda chapter 9—“The Glories of Advaita”.

Bengali text, Devanagari and Unicode transliteration of verse 3.9.134:

প্রভু বলে,—“জ্ঞান হৈতে ভক্তি বড কেনে? ‘জ্ঞান বড’ করিযা সে কহে ন্যাসি-গণে” ॥ ১৩৪ ॥

प्रभु बले,—“ज्ञान हैते भक्ति बड केने? ‘ज्ञान बड’ करिया से कहे न्यासि-गणे” ॥ १३४ ॥

prabhu bale,—“jñāna haite bhakti baḍa kene? ‘jñāna baḍa’ kariyā se kahe nyāsi-gaṇe” || 134 ||

prabhu bale,—“jnana haite bhakti bada kene? ‘jnana bada’ kariya se kahe nyasi-gane” (134)

English translation:

(134) The Lord asked, “Why is bhakti greater than jñāna? The sannyāsīs

Commentary: Gauḍīya-bhāṣya by Śrīla Bhaktisiddhānta Sarasvatī Ṭhākura:

say that jñāna is greater.”
