The Chaitanya Bhagavata 3.5.749, English translation, including a commentary (Gaudiya-bhasya). This text is similair to the Caitanya-caritamrita and narrates the pastimes of Lord Caitanya, proclaimed to be the direct incarnation of Krishna (as Bhagavan) This is verse 749 of Antya-khanda chapter 5—“The Pastimes of Nityananda”.

Bengali text, Devanagari and Unicode transliteration of verse 3.5.749:

কৃষ্ণদাস, দেবানন্দ—দুই শুদ্ধ-মতি মহান্ত আচার্যচন্দ্র—নিত্যানন্দ-গতি ॥ ৭৪৯ ॥

कृष्णदास, देवानन्द—दुइ शुद्ध-मति महान्त आचार्यचन्द्र—नित्यानन्द-गति ॥ ७४९ ॥

kṛṣṇadāsa, devānanda—dui śuddha-mati mahānta ācāryacandra—nityānanda-gati || 749 ||

krsnadasa, devananda—dui suddha-mati mahanta acaryacandra—nityananda-gati (749)

English translation:

(749) Kṛṣṇadāsa and Devānanda were both pure-hearted. The exalted devotee Ācāryacandra accepted Nityānanda as his goal of life.
