The Chaitanya Bhagavata 3.5.739, English translation, including a commentary (Gaudiya-bhasya). This text is similair to the Caitanya-caritamrita and narrates the pastimes of Lord Caitanya, proclaimed to be the direct incarnation of Krishna (as Bhagavan) This is verse 739 of Antya-khanda chapter 5—“The Pastimes of Nityananda”.

রাঢে জন্ম মহাশয দ্বিজ-কৃষ্ণদাস নিত্যানন্দ-পারিষদে যাঙ্হার বিলাস ॥ ৭৩৯ ॥

राढे जन्म महाशय द्विज-कृष्णदास नित्यानन्द-पारिषदे याङ्हार विलास ॥ ७३९ ॥

rāḍhe janma mahāśaya dvija-kṛṣṇadāsa nityānanda-pāriṣade yāṅhāra vilāsa || 739 ||

radhe janma mahasaya dvija-krsnadasa nityananda-parisade yanhara vilasa (739)

English translation:

(739) Dvija Kṛṣṇadāsa Mahāśaya was born in Rāḍha-deśa. He enjoyed the association of Nityānanda’s associates.
